RoofPriceBook is free to read because some of the links on this site earn us a commission. Here is exactly how that works.
When you click a "get free quotes" button on this site, you are taken to a partner service that connects homeowners with licensed local roofing contractors. If you request quotes there, that partner pays us a referral fee.
Nothing. The referral fee is paid by the partner out of their own arrangement with contractors. It is not added to your quote, and you do not pay more than a homeowner who arrived by any other route.
We are paid when a homeowner requests quotes — not when someone signs a contract, and not more for an expensive roof than a cheap one. We have no financial interest in which contractor you choose, which material you pick, or whether you hire anyone at all.
We cannot vet every contractor in the partner's network, and we do not claim to. We are not a party to any agreement you sign. Always verify a contractor's licence and insurance yourself, get the scope in writing, and compare at least three quotes before committing.
